Passend zum Artikel in dem das Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) vorgestellt wird, habe ich eine einfache Mindmap mit den wichtigsten Elementen aus SAFe erstellt:

  1. Sieht gut aus – vor allem für Leute, die eine Affinität zu mindmaps haben (zu denen ich jedoch nicht gehöre … für mich sehen sie alle zu ähnlich aus … ich bin eben ein Eidetiker und brauche als „Einstiegsbilder“ klar unterscheidbare Bilder )

    Mich beschäftigt hier aber eine andere grundlegende Frage:

    Das SAFe ist bildlich sehr anschaulich hier dargestellt: http://scaledagileframework.com/
    Und DIESE „Spitze des Eisbergs“ einer UMFASSENDEN Dokumentation wird fortlaufend aktuell gehalten. Für die daraus abgeleiteten „Sekundärdokumente“ trifft das nicht unbedingt zu. Was also ist deren Nutzen – wenn das originale „Big Picture“ ohnehin sehr übersichtlich ist?

    So etwa zeigt es im linken Teil alle Rollen, in der Mitte die Artefakte und den Arbeitsfluss, rechts und von oben nach unten die Abstraktions- und Steuerungs-Ebenen.
